of reeds for the resident weaving mills

entry of his son Richard Derix into the company and purchase of the first
machinery for the production of weaving heddles

purchase of the first machinery for the production of reeds
1945
entry of Franz Könnes, rebuilding after the war and start of the
production of harness frames, development from wood to aluminium and steel
manufacturing, purchase of state-of-the art machinery and licences for
the production of reeds, heddles, drop wires, harness frames. Further
continuous development of these products
1970
entry of Dr Rainer Stockmann, permanent technical development and focussing
the enterprise onto growing export business. Cooperation with machinery
manufacturers and research institutes, participation in international
Standards Committees
